Banafsheh _ Miniature dance is a refined form and innovative style of Iranian classical dance. Her  choreography draws inspiration from classical, folkloric and ritual dances of her homeland Iran, blend with various style of world dance training.

Miniature Dance Courses are from introductory to professional level and are offered across a variety of Persian Dance practices from classical to folkloric, contemporary to Fusion.

Banafsheh’s courses covering an extensive dance training of: the vocabulary of her unique style, Persian footsteps, detailed hand movements, turn techniques, understanding the rhythm of classical, traditional and folkloric music of Iran and their movements.

Class always begins with Improvised choreography as a warm up by focusing on Musicality expression, fluidity of hands movement, grace postures, finding oneself in circle and line dance.
